Hello my dear readers. As some of you may know, I'm trying to make my life a tiny bit easier anyway I possibly can. Recently I have started to add vitamins and supplements into my daily routine to help alleviate symptoms. I had a lot of messages showing interest in them so I compiled what I take and why into a list!
Women's multi-vitamin - Iron, Calcium and Zinc
Nature's Own, once daily. Women's multivitamin. One capsule, once a day with food.
Vitamin E 200IU
Healtheries Vit E 200IU, One capsule, once a day with food.
Red Seal, Fish Oil 1000mg, One capsule, twice a day with food.
Red Seal, Magnesium. 1 capsule, 3 times a day with food.
Healtheries Turmeric + One capsule, once a day.
Healtheries Cranberry 50,000. One capsule, once a day with food.
Evening Primrose Oil
Red Seal Evening Primrose Oil, 1000mg. Two capsules in morning, One at lunch, Two at night.
Healtheries Vit C 1000mg chewable. Two tablets, Once daily.
