Once again, it's been way to long since writing a blog post. I'm sorry, I've been unwell. You really should have gotten used to this by now!
Starting back with a super riveting topic; Tea.
I drink SO MUCH TEA. I don't know why but for every mood/occasion there's a type of tea that you can drink that will help you feel so much better. Today I'm going to highlight some of my fave teas and why I love them. Basically they're all amazing for endo and IBS type problems.
Ginger tea is one of my fave teas because it's a great one to help combat nausea. I'm constantly feeling nauseous or having some form of upset tummy, but as soon as I drink a cup of ginger tea, I tend to get some relief. Ginger is awesome for your digestive system so this tea is perfect with or after a meal.
Peppermint tea is another amazing type of tea. Again, it's perfect for when you feel nauseous or have an upset tummy. I find peppermint tea helps me most with my bloating. I'm sure we have al experienced the dreadful "endo belly," but a cup of peppermint tea will help with that! It's also a handy item to have around after a laparoscopy as peppermint tea can help with gas pains!
Raspberry leaf tea
Raspberry leaf tea is another tea that works wonders for bloating. This is my go to whenever I feel bloated. It also has other amazing benefits such as reducing dehydration and boosting your immune system.
